  • Encourage teamwork, expressive movement, and confidence in performing sequences.

ADVANCED

Objective: Master complex movement patterns, focus, and self-expression while improving overall physical and mental coordination.

  • Perform longer, multi-step sequences that challenge memory and agility.

  • Incorporate exercises that require simultaneous movement of arms, legs, and torso.

  • Practice tempo changes, rhythm variations, and response to musical cues.

  • Include fun obstacle-like challenges and creative movement tasks for cognitive development.

  • Encourage leadership, self-expression, and confidence in performing group routines.
