BEGINNER

Objective: Develop foundational strength, body awareness, and comfort on the hoop through basic mounts, poses, and small movements.

  • Basic Seats: Man in the moon, Amazon, Mermaid seat

  • Basic Shapes: Pike, Tuck, Open Straddle

  • Grip Techniques: Hands, knees, thighs

  • Small Movements: Half turns, basic spinning techniques

  • Beginner Conditioning: Core, grip, shoulders, wrists

  • Simple Combinations: Linking 2-3 moves smoothly

  • Building Comfort with Heights: Swinging and static holds

INTERMEDIATE

Objective: Strengthen aerial control, flexibility, and dynamic movement with more complex mounts, transitions, and balanced spins.

  • Intermediate Mounts: Inverted straddle, pull-up mount

  • More Poses: Star, Front balance, Arabesque, Delilah

  • Spinning Techniques: Controlled slow and fast spins

  • Dynamic Transitions: Knee hangs, drops to seats

  • Intermediate Flexibility Shapes: Backbends, splits on hoop

  • Aerial Pathways: Moving above, below, inside, outside the hoop

  • Small Sequences: Combining poses into flowing movement

  • Intermediate Conditioning: Dynamic shoulder, hip, and hamstring drills

  • Building Endurance for Longer Routines

ADVANCED

Objective: Master strength, creativity, and seamless performance through advanced poses, dynamic transitions, and complex choreography

  • Advanced Mounts: One-arm straddle, swing mounts, rolls

  • Power Tricks: Drops, rolls, beats

  • Elite Poses: Bird's Nest, Ankle Hangs, Meat Hook, Reverse Delilah

  • Momentum-Based Moves: Rolls around bar, barrel rolls

  • Full Dynamic Spinning Routines

  • Creativity and Improvisation: Using hoop space creatively

  • Advanced Flexibility and Balance Work: Over-splits, deep backbends.
