BEGINNER
Objective: Develop foundational strength, body awareness, and comfort on the hoop through basic mounts, poses, and small movements.

INTERMEDIATE
Objective: Strengthen aerial control, flexibility, and dynamic movement with more complex mounts, transitions, and balanced spins.
Intermediate Mounts: Inverted straddle, pull-up mount
More Poses: Star, Front balance, Arabesque, Delilah
Spinning Techniques: Controlled slow and fast spins
Dynamic Transitions: Knee hangs, drops to seats
Intermediate Flexibility Shapes: Backbends, splits on hoop
Aerial Pathways: Moving above, below, inside, outside the hoop
Small Sequences: Combining poses into flowing movement
Intermediate Conditioning: Dynamic shoulder, hip, and hamstring drills

Objective: Master strength, creativity, and seamless performance through advanced poses, dynamic transitions, and complex choreography
Advanced Mounts: One-arm straddle, swing mounts, rolls
Power Tricks: Drops, rolls, beats
Elite Poses: Bird's Nest, Ankle Hangs, Meat Hook, Reverse Delilah
Momentum-Based Moves: Rolls around bar, barrel rolls
